Ellen DeGeneres married Ally McBeal star Portia de Rossi on 16th August 2008 in front of around 20 close family and friends at their home. Ellen, 50 and Portia, 35, sat on floor pillows in front of author Wayne Dyer and exchanged vows. Both wore designs by Zac Posen – although as you can see from the photos, they wore very different styles. Their rings were Neil Lang, and their vegan red velvet cake was created by Sweet Lady Jane
