Singer, actress and model Angela Yeung, aka “Angelababy” married actor Huang Xiaoming earlier this month in front of over 2,000 guests. Yeung, who is often called the “Kim Kardashian Of China” wore a custom Dior gown that took almost five months to make.
One dress wasn’t enough for this bride though, as she also bought a series of Elie Saab couture gowns, which she wore for a pre-wedding photo shoot in Paris. Other expenses on the day included guest goodie bags including o
ver 2,000 mobile phones and a 10 foot cake shaped like a carousel.
The bride’s ring was the most extravagant of all, reported to be worth £970,000. Designed by Parisian jeweller Chaumet, it was a five-carat diamond surrounded by half a carat of cut diamonds.
Making even Kimye’s wedding look like a modest event, it might be a while before someone tops Angelababy’s big day!
